Original quarter leather with cloth boards, stamped in gold. Wear to spine ends with one inch split to bottom exterior hinge. Boards are stained and worn. Interior though somewhat toned is for the most part nice, front endpaper wrinkled and creased, staining and foxing to the first 25 pages, a torn page in the chronology but still a solid useable copy.
