Un-numbered copy of a limited edition of 950 copies. Two Volumes. Octavo. Continuous pagination 608pp. Incl. index. Fold-out map. Some illustrations. This copy belonged to Sayre Macneil, Dean of Loyola Law School and was later given to his son- inscriptions to both, in both volumes on fly-leaves. Blue cloth shows moderate wear, with rubbing and light fraying to spine ends. Light water stain to paste-down of volume 1. Although hinges are good, there is some separation at half-title.
