Octavo. 24pp. Staple-bound pamphlet. A description of the death of George Jackson with a description of the brutal treatment of all prisoners including the San Quentin Six, by prison guards and authorities. Seems to have been written before the final verdicts as a condemnation of San Quentin and oppression in general. Last words are signed "New York State Prisoners" Many quotes of George Jackson inserted within the text. Yellow wrappers have light wear, a staple stain and are browned at edges.

"The San Quentin Six were six inmates at San Quentin State Prison in the U.S. state of California (Hugo Pinell, Willie Tate, Johnny Larry Spain, David Johnson, Fleeta Drumgo and Luis Talamantez), who were accused of participating in an August 21, 1971 escape attempt that left six people dead, including George Jackson, a co-founder of the Black Guerrilla Family, two prisoners and three guards..."
