6 x 6". LIMITED edition, numbered 10/20. Unbound book made up of 26 folded folios with colophon presented in a paper covered box with embossed title. Poem by Anne Michaels. Inkjet prints on Moab Entrada paper are approx. 2 x 3". Folio sheets are fine, but box has light soiling and some wear.
"Sea of Lanterns is a collaboration with writer Anne Michaels. The artist’s book consists of 26 folios: some with text only, others with image only, folios with text and image, sometimes, three pages, sometimes two. Although there is an order, the reader can decide the order at leisure. Sea of Lanterns is an intimate experience of discovery, an experience of reading images and words.
