Errata has been glued to page facing half-title; binding is cracked there, though hinges are fine. Slipcase is in poor condition, broken. Name and address stamps of renowned violin maker, Mario Frosati on endpapers and half-title.

Mario Forsali was a respected violin maker who worked in Los Angeles. He came to the United States from Milan as a concert violinist in 1909. His instruments are highly sought after.
