Profusely illustrated, mostly with b&w illustrations, but a few colour plates. Features a wide range of art, decorative art and interiors. Featured artists include Claude Monet, Foujita, Valdo Barbey, Raoul Dufy, Othon Friesz, Albert Pommier, Albert André, Georges Bastard, Jean Mayodon and many more. Beige cloth stamped in brown. Covers have light general wear, some bumped and frayed corners. Front hinge of one volume is cracked, but still holding. Endpapers are browned. These copies have the bookplate of Mary Greenough Smith, wife of architect, George Washington Smith. Also have stamp of a Santa Barbara architectural firm. Nice copy of a delicate set.
