We have not found any copies of the book except at Woodbury College, where Smulevich taught, there is no indication whether Shulman every wrote an introduction or if the book made it into final production. Making this an interesting item. Smeulevich was a known collaborator with Shulman. The book itself is nicely illustrated with full-page plates from Smulevich's photos, with titles on facing page.
