Presentation copy, INSCRIBED (Greetings from) BY KOCH. Printed by Edwin and Robert Grabhorn; Illustrated by Rene' Gockinga. Green paper covered flexible boards with green ribbon ties and slipcase. This copy has been wrapped in plastic fastened with celophane tape; tape has left tape stains on front and rear end-papers. Slipcase in very nice condition.
