23" X 16". Original offset lithograph with photographic illustration. "Season of Mount Hermon, A Christian Resort in the Heart of the Santa Cruz Mountains...Low Fares, Convenient Train Service via Southern Pacific" Advertisements on verso and large pencil notation. Faint fold marks. Pinholes to edges, some with tears and one a bit close to lettering. Mild toning and light edge wear.
